Shipping & Returns

Refunds for cancellations are processed within 5 days of cancellation request. Orders canceled by the customer, who also pay with PayPal, will be subject to have the PayPal fee deducted from your refund. If cancellations are initiated by us, you will not be subject to this charge.

Payment Options

All payments are processed through Braintree. You can currently choose to pay by credit card or by PayPal. We can accept payments made by check or money order, but we prefer not to. Checks can get lost in the mail and we will not ship until the check clears our bank.

Shipping Options

We offer shipping domestically with USPS and with UPS. You may select your shipping preference at checkout. The "Pick Up" option is only available by appointment and may not be ready until the next business day. International orders can be shipped with UPS, DHL and USPS. Please be aware that USPS transfers mail to your local postal delivery service. Items may disappear in transit in some countries where the postal service is unreliable. We will not ship USPS to China and all African nations. Unfortunately too many packages have been lost in these countries. If you are unsure of your local delivery service, please select UPS or DHL at checkout or select "Pick Up" and provide us with your own UPS or DHL shipping services.

Shipping Cost Discrepancies

Please note that settings in our software sometimes limit options, or may calculate shipping incorrectly. If the error is in your favor, we will ship as requested providing the shipping difference is not more than $5. If shipping was calculated incorrectly and it is a difference over $5, we will contact you prior to completing your order. This should not occur in any regularity, but it may happen.

Handling Time

All orders in which the payments have been cleared, will be shipped next business day. On occasion, it may take 2 business days, but this is not usual. Domestic delivery times after shipping are between 2 and 5 days. For Alaska or Hawaii, allow 1-2 additional days. International delivery times after shipping are between 7 to 14 days for USPS, depending on location. All other shipping options can be selected at checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Effective 3/1/2020, all sales of elastics, trims and fabrics are final sale.

Returns can be made for merchandise that has not been used. Merchandise must be in sell-able condition for a return. Please include a copy of your original invoice or receipt with your return. All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase. Return shipping is at your expense. If we shipped you something incorrectly, please let us know prior to sending anything back to us. If an item is delivered damaged, please photograph it and send it with an email to jennifer at porcelynne dot com along with your order number. We do not purposely ship broken or damaged merchandise. In most instances, we will reship a broken item unless we are out of stock. Please contact us regardless of the situation. For a straight return, you do not need to contact us prior, just send a copy of your receipt with the order.

We do not do exchanges, due to added shipping expenses. If you ordered something incorrectly, you can return your order and place a separate order for the item you would like to have instead.
